Our Approach

A community-based approach to safeguard Maternal Infant Health

Our postpartum nurses will provide in-home support to assist you with newborn care, breastfeeding support, light household chores, meal preparation, and emotional support during the early weeks and months after childbirth. We offer health literacy programs, Lunch & Learn sessions, and resources to help individuals make informed decisions about maternal and infant health. Our health promotion initiatives help prevent illness, reduce healthcare costs, and improve overall maternal health outcomes. By engaging the community as partners and addressing the social, cultural, and environmental determinants of health, this approach leads to more equitable, effective, and sustainable healthcare solutions.
